I will be a guide for you on the way to your new life a “VEGAN NATURAL LIFE”. It’s a life full of health, energy and vitality without the need to consume your best animal friends or any of their remains.

We will improve your eating habits and your lifestyle in general (body, mind and soul) so that you can enjoy formidable health.

Those improvements will have the potential to make you feel fulfilled in all areas of your life and thus be able to help animals. Animals need us full of health and vitality to be an example for others and to have the necessary strength for whatever work you do to help them.

In addition, all the changes that we will make will help you achieve and/or maintain your ideal and appropriate weight for you.

That is why it is very important to analyze each and every one of the aspects of your life and then improve them and adapt them to your personal situation. I am not a supporter of “diets”, which I consider unhealthy for our body and, from my point of view, the only thing they achieve is cause frustration to the individuals who follow them. It is more than proven that, in most cases, they do not work! As soon as we stop following those, we gain the lost weight again and, in many cases, it multiplies, producing the well-known “Yo-yo” effect or rebound effect, affecting the individual involved at various levels, both physiological and psychological.
Through a healthy vegan diet and a natural lifestyle, both your body and your soul can begin the detoxification process so that you can recover your well-being, energy and the joy of living.
